Stretch and dance with Ellie Brick
Start the week with this wonderful dancercise class.
It is a 2 hour slot to allow for a good warm up, some different techniques (ballet, contemporary, lyrical/modern dance) and a short routine and then a nice cool down and stretch for everyone including some breaks to accommodate everyone's differing fitness levels.
Ages 16 and over are welcome and any experience level. Comfortable clothing such as leggings or joggers, with vest tops/T-shirts and something warm to wear before and after class or during break.
There will be matting on the floor so probably best to bring trainers or jazz/ballet shoes can be worn. Advisable to bring water or your favourite morning drink (Virgin Bloody Marys permitted!). There may be some stretching on the floor in which case a cushion or yoga mat will help. However all exercise can be adapted for those with limited mobility.
