Gwyn Daniel is a Family Therapist who has worked for many years at the Tavistock Clinic in London and other NHS clinics and hospitals in both adult and child mental health. She now works in independent practice in Oxford with couples and families.
She has written many professional publications on various topics relating to families, including post-divorce conflicts, stepfamilies and gender issues. Gwyn has applied many of her ideas about families, couples and other relationships to an exploration of Shakespeare's tragedies in her new book Family Dramas: Intimacy, Power and Systems in Shakespeare's Tragedies (Routledge 2019)
Gwyn has given many presentations on Shakespeare's drama both nationally and internationally. She has deep roots in Pembrokeshire and spends several months a year here.
