Angharad on Preserving, Publishing and setting up a food business

Description

Angharad set up The Preservation Society 15 years ago, creating multi award winning jars using recipes from her grandmothers. She loves to use local seasonal ingredients, working with local growers and taught in her local prison, in Cameroon and now teaches the joy of preserving at Duckling Barn, her home in the Forest of Dean that she shares with dogs, donkeys and wild ducks.

Join Angharad to share the love of preserves, of setting up a successful kitchen table business and creating a recipe book.......without the publishers!

There will be a demonstration and tasting!
