4 women, 3 generations, 2 world records, 1 ocean.

4 Pembrokeshire women took on the challenge to row 3,200 miles from Lanzarote to Antigua. In their unsupported row, Team CruisingFree they crossed the Atlantic in a small rowing boat.

One of the team was 70 and became the oldest woman to row across the ocean. Another lives with Cystic Fibrosis and became the first person with CF to row across the ocean.

They raised money for Paul Sartori and Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
