About
Cheryl is a passionate teacher of Qigong, meditation and wellbeing who helps people cultivate equanimity, resilience and inner calm. With 10 years of experience teaching meditation/holistic well-being and five years teaching Qigong, she combines practical techniques with a warm, approachable style that welcomes people of all backgrounds and experience levels. Cheryl believes that wellbeing is nurtured through self-belief, experimentation, mindful practice and connection with the world around us. Outside of teaching, she enjoys spending time in nature, reading for knowledge, powerlifting and cooking from scratch for her family and friends.
She is dedicated to supporting others on their journey toward greater health, vitality and self-awareness. She now offers regular classes, workshops and bespoke retreat days from her studio overlooking the river Cleddau in Llangwm.
