About
My name is Rhys. I spent most of my life in the village of Llandisilio before moving to Haverfordwest during the COVID-19 lockdown. I published my first fantasy novel, The Maldoran Chronicles: The Unbreakable Will, in 2023 and started selling copies at the Makers Bizarre craft fair in the Haverhub Community Centre. I was also present at the craft event held at St. Jerome’s Church last year. Currently working on my second story, this time in the science fiction genre.
I am passionate about stories, particularly in the fantasy and science fiction genres. What I enjoy most in storytelling is the effort put into worldbuilding and the characters' journey, which I convey in my creative writing. I am also an enthusiastic musician, versatile in guitar and synth music. I occasionally demonstrate my musical skills at the Open Mic sessions held at the Haverhub Community Centre.
My other hobbies include playing the card game Magic: The Gathering, boxing, video games, and going out for either a good film with friends or a music gig.
