About
I'm originally from Fishguard, and moved to London to work in banking for three years. I trained to enter the teaching profession at Northampton, and eventually returned to teach in Pembrokeshire, after teaching for two years in West Sussex. Eventually, I was appointed as Headteacher at Hook C.P. School, where I taught for twenty-five years. With a keen interest in Drama and Music, I wrote several plays and arranged songs and orchestral pieces for the school choir and orchestra for the pupils to perform. In my spare time, I have performed in a local amateur operatic society, an amateur drama society, and several choral societies.
Since retiring, I have joined a writing group, I also run Open Mic sessions at the Haverhub Community Centre, and play several instruments in folk and rock groups.
